Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reeloa (the "Service"), operated by Enzo Manzo Carelli ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Service: the Reeloa web application and all related features.
• User: any individual who creates an account and uses the Service.
• Content: any text, topics, or other materials you submit to the Service, and any hooks generated as output.
• Subscription: a paid plan (Monthly or Lifetime) that grants increased generation limits.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@reeloa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Reeloa is an AI-powered tool that generates short-form video hooks based on a topic, platform, and niche you provide. Output is text only. The hooks are produced by a large language model and are informed by a curated library of viral patterns. Results are not guaranteed to perform on any platform.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Resell raw API access or use the Service to build a competing AI generation product.
• Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas through automation or multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

The Service offers three tiers:

• Free: 3 total generations, no payment required.
• Monthly: $19/month, 50 generations per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis.
• Lifetime: $49 one-time payment, 1,000 generations per month.

The Lifetime plan includes a generous monthly generation cap to keep AI processing costs sustainable. The cap is high enough to cover heavy daily use and resets on the first of each calendar month.

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. Email support@reeloa.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Monthly plan: you may cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 7-day refund window.

Lifetime plan: a one-time payment grants permanent access. There is no subscription to cancel. The 7-day refund guarantee applies if you change your mind.

You own all hooks generated for your account. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial projects and client work, without restriction.

Reeloa does not retain any licence to your generated outputs.

Note: AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in all jurisdictions. By using the Service, you accept this limitation. We make no representations about the copyright status of generated outputs.

The Reeloa platform, codebase, seed hook library, and brand are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, or use Reeloa's output at scale to train a competing AI model.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated hooks will achieve any particular result on any platform.

AI-generated content may occasionally be off-topic, repetitive, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reeloa and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@reeloa.com. Deletion is subject to the data retention policy described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.

If you are located in the EU or UK, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
